Can I use ROOTS Hydrogel if I color my hair?
Yes, you can use ROOTS Hydrogel and still color your hair, but there are some precautions to follow. Because it includes Minoxidil, it is recommended to thoroughly cleanse your scalp before applying hair dye to ensure your scalp is free from any ROOTS Hydrogel residue.
Additionally, after coloring your hair, you should skip the next dose of Roots Hydrogel if you follow a twice-a-day regimen.If you only use ROOTS Hydrogel once a day, you can apply in the morning on the day you dye your hair and wait at least four hours before washing your hair to allow the solution to be absorbed properly.
While using ROOTS Hydrogel and chemically treating your hair is generally safe, it is advisable to use chemical hair treatments in moderation to avoid worsening hair loss.
