Can I take more than 1 capsule a day of the Iron Complex.
For most people, 1 capsule daily is enough. However, individuals with extremely low iron levels can take 1 capsule twice daily for quicker results. They should then check their iron levels every few weeks to ensure that the iron levels do not get too high.
I've heard that iron supplements may cause constipation, is that the case with Iron Complex?
Since the form of iron used in Iron Complex is highly absorbable, plus there is Vitamin C in the formula to assist with the iron absorption, the formula is non-constipating.
