BF&M, Argus and C.G. Insurance companies.
Rudi’s passion began when he massaged a terminally ill friend and found it improved his pain and general well-being.
On that day he made a promise to them both that he would pursue massage as a career.

A few years later, Rudi attended Florida School of Massage and completed his certification in:
Connective Tissue
Reflexology
Neuromuscular Therapy
Sports Therapy
Advance Shoulder Techniques
Hot Stone Therapy
Rudi is also certified in: Advanced Cupping Therapy and Aromatherapy for Massage Therapists.

Rudi is a passionate healer and dedicated to helping his clients in the most efficient and transformative way possible, by helping them to heal through the calmness and mastery of his touch. Each treatment is specifically tailored to the needs of the client to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them.

After working in the 'Spa Industry' for over 30 years, including managing salons in the U.K., on Cruise Ships and in Bermuda, Helen's primary role is managing the daily operations of Balance Massage Therapy.
