Made with ethically sourced cocoa beans grown by farmers respecting human rights, biodiversity and cocoa forestry. Radek’s chocolate is made in micro batches which are stone-ground for three days, blending their specially sourced cacao with coconut sugar, cocoa butter, lucuma, lion’s mane and vanilla before tempering and finally wrapping the bars.

In Japan, Hericium erinaceus or ‘yamabushiitake’ was named after the Yamabushi Buddhist Monks – wandering ascetics from the Shugendō tradition. Buddhist Shaolin monks turned to Lion’s Mane as a meditation aid, believing it improved their concentration and enhanced their life-force energy or “Qi”.
